Track 3, “Second and Sebring,” is a brilliant song. The lyrics are uplifting and motivational, and the breakdown is treacherous and tantalizing. In the last twenty seconds, Austin will lull you into a sense of momentary peace when they slow it down and give him the floor, so stick around till the end – it’s worth it. Great song!

Austin doesn't sing lol, its Shayley.

This is one of my favorite albums of 2010. I saw these guys with We Came As Romans and Alesana and they were all so great! The review is very insightful. Second and Sebring is definitely the highlight of the album. A must buy for any Post-Hardcore or Metalcore fan!
