DOWN have opened up their vaults in celebration of the upcoming release of their new CD/DVD titled Diary Of A Mad Band. The supergroup have posted various footage from their 2002 “Evening With Down” feature, live footage, acoustic tracks and and live soundboard recordings. Check them out below.

First; we’ve uploaded some clips from the 2002 “Evening With Down” intro movie. In case you didn’t know, in 2002 Down toured by themselves and warmed up the crowd with a movie that had music videos from bands like Slayer, Kiss, Thin Lizzy, ZZ Top, and more… with “home video type” clips sprinkled throughout. Here’s some of the home video clips:

Next is some very raw footage of Down playing N.O.D. in Houston in 2008 when they were on tour with Metallica. This is NOT on the upcoming dvd and we’re not passing it off as any kind of finished project… just a little something to show everybody for some fun:
